F.A.C.T. COMMITTEE CHARTER 
 
 
Purpose 
 
The F.A.C.T. Committee (“Committee”) shall assist the Board of Directors (the “Board”) in the oversight of:

(1) the integrity of the financial statements of the Company

(2) the effectiveness of the internal control over financial reporting 

(3) The Master's Table Ministries compliance with legal and regulatory requirements

(4) the performance of The Master's Table Ministries compliance function.
